Refund Policy

Peach Reviews ("we," "us," or "our") provides digital reputation management and consulting services delivered on a subscription basis. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds are handled.

1. Subscription Billing

All Peach Reviews service plans are billed on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or otherwise as selected at checkout). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the next scheduled renewal date.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations:

Access to Services will continue through the remainder of the paid billing cycle.

3. Refund Policy

Because Peach Reviews provides digital services that involve onboarding, planning, system configuration, and ongoing account resources that begin immediately upon activation, fees paid are generally non-refundable once Services have commenced.

However, refunds may be issued in the following limited circumstances:

Any approved refund will be issued back to the original payment method when possible.

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the charge in question and are subject to review.

4. Service Concerns & Support

If you experience an issue with your service or have questions about your plan, we encourage you to contact our support team. Many concerns can be resolved through assistance, clarification, or plan adjustments.

Submitting a support request does not automatically initiate a refund.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute with their bank. Unauthorized or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
